Papers in (but not exclusive to) the following fields of research are solicited:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Shannon Theory<\/li>\n<li>Big Data Analytics<\/li>\n<li>Multiuser Information Theory<\/li>\n<li>Quantum Information Processing<\/li>\n<li>Coding Theory and Practice<\/li>\n<li>Coded Modulation<\/li>\n<li>Data Compression and Source Coding<\/li>\n<li>Optical Communications<\/li>\n<li>Cooperative Communication<\/li>\n<li>Low-latency Communication<\/li>\n<li>Information Theory in Biology<\/li>\n<li>Cryptology and Data Security<\/li>\n<li>Information Theory and Statistics<\/li>\n<li>Signal Processing<\/li>\n<li>Pattern Recognition and Learning<\/li>\n<li>Sequences and Complexity<\/li>\n<li>Multi-terminal Information Theory<\/li>\n<li>Data Networks<\/li>\n<li>Detection and Estimation<\/li>\n<li>Cognitive Radio<\/li>\n<li>Underwater Communications<\/li>\n<li>Network Coding and Applications<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"page\" title=\"Page 1\">\n<div class=\"section\">\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div class=\"column\">\n<div class=\"page\" title=\"Page 1\">\n<div class=\"section\">\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div class=\"column\">\n<p>Authors wishing to have papers considered for the workshop should electronically submit their full papers (maximum six pages) in PDF format through EDAS (<a href=\"https:\/\/edas.info\/index.php\">https:\/\/edas.info\/index.php<\/a>) using the standard IEEE two- column format (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ieee.org\/conferences\/publishing\/templates.html\">https:\/\/www.ieee.org\/conferences\/publishing\/templates.html<\/a>).
