Registration includes: workshop, proceedings, opening reception, and banquet. Registrations are non-refundable.
Registration will be available on-site and will remain open until 12 noon on June 20, 2013.
IMPORTANT NOTE: You must register before noon on June 13, 2013 to guarantee reception access and banquet seating. Additional banquet tickets will not be available after this time.
Registration rates are given as follows (all amounts in Canadian dollars):
Full registration
$475
All accepted papers must be accompanied by a full registration. Each full registration covers up to two papers.
Student registration
$325
Available to currently registered undergraduate and graduate students. Postdocs are not eligible.
Extra banquet tickets
$75
Provides guest access to the banquet only. Guests must be accompanied by a registered workshop attendee.
