We provide financial assistance to student participants, who may receive a per diem of up to CAD $80 for each day of their participation. Due to limited budget, a higher priority is given to students travelling farther distances or demonstrating greater needs of financial support.
In order for a student to receive this assistance, the student need to fill the Assistance Request Form and email it to Ziqiao Wang (zwang286@uottawa.ca) before the workshop together with a proof of student status (e.g, a photo of student card). The student must sign in at the registration desk outside the conference room every morning and afternoon (as evidence of participation). The student will then receive a check at the end of the workshop on June 8.
